I help women experiencing chronic symptoms—like fatigue, brain fog, mood shifts, and even complex medical diagnoses—restore balance through integrated wellness and bioenergetics. When the body is out of alignment, health suffers. We may feel sluggish, gain weight, struggle with sleep, or experience digestive issues.
